		<description>The problem with this country is the obsession with house prices. My house goes down in value, who cares? I don't as every other house does too. 

As I see it, rises in energy and food prices are not linked to the credit crunch. What is worrying is that these areas are also in a state of turmoil too, which makes our lives far more miserable than being rejected for a credit card.</description>
